What is Full-Service-Leasing?
Full-service leasing is the leasing of vehicles, including the assumption of all services (i.e., maintenance, repairs, insurance of the leased object) by the lessor. This can be concluded in the so-called “closed-end” leasing. Here, the disadvantages can be rigid contracts with hidden additional costs at the end of the contract. The alternative is so-called “open-end” leasing, in which the leasing contracts are handled flexibly.

Full-service leasing benefits fleet managers who want to concentrate on their core business and/or see themselves as strategic managers. Tasks that do not make sense to carry out personally are delegated to the lessor for a fee. Here, as well, the fleet manager must ensure that the service costs are transparent and can be flexibly controlled. Caution! This is not always the case.
What are the alternatives to full-service leasing?
Up to now, tenders for closed-end leasing have usually focused on the lowest leasing rate. What is passed off as individualized contract design, however, tends to neglect significant factors, such as cost-effectiveness and service life. With Holman FlexLease, a flexible full payback contract, there are no rigid terms and benefits. After the end of the term, there is also no reduction in value since it does not reflect the loss in value. The contract can be terminated at any time after three months by paying the remaining debt. This not only gives you flexibility, but also leaves the marketing proceeds in your company.

· no prepayment penalty in the event of premature contract termination
